Vivo has just launched Vivo Y65, as a powerful camera smartphone, in Indonesia. The phone has already been listed on their official website, but the actual launch date and prices are still not revealed. It is a mid-range smartphone with good build quality and sleek unibody design. The phone comes with some unique features like smart screen flash, Smart split 3.0 and eye-protection mode. Though the features cannot be termed as unique, but Vivo has used these features as marketing tools.
The phone has 5.5 inch TFT display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It will be available in Gold and Rose Gold colors. The phone runs on Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box with Funtouch OS 3.2. It is a dual SIM phone with 3 slots, where 2 are dedicated for SIMs and the third one is for microSD card. The phone provides high-speed internet connectivity with 3G and 4G network support.

Vivo Y65 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chipset with 1.4GHz quad-core processor. The Snapdragon variant is not yet disclosed which also puts a question mark on the GPU model. It has 3GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. As mentioned above, the phone also has a dedicated slot for micro SD card which has support up to 256GB.
When it comes to the camera, Vivo Y65 sports a 13MP primary camera with LED flash. On the front, it has a 5MP camera with screen flash which turns bright when taking selfies. To power up the device, Vivo has provided 3000mAh battery which is non-removable. Unfortunately, the battery does not support fast charging.
