Samsung has the biggest and a major market share in India, which motivates Samsung to bring new smartphones every month. Now, it is rumored that Samsung is working on a new phone, named as Galaxy J7 Edge. As the name itself suggests, that it is the successor of Galaxy J7 but with an edge display like Galaxy S7 Edge.
Galaxy J7 Edge will feature a 5.7inch IPS display with a full HD resolution and curved edges with the edge display functionality which will be borrowed from Galaxy S7 Edge. The phone will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat with an optimized version TouchWiz to enhance performance. Early reports depict that the phone will be available in Black, Gold and White colors. The price of Galaxy J7 Edge will start from Rs. 23,999.

Galaxy J7 Edge 2017 will be equipped with Mediatek MT6757 Helio P20 chipset and an octa-core processor. To handle graphics, it has Mali-T880 GPU and for smooth multitasking, it will have 3GB and 4GB of RAM. The internal storage will be 32GB and 64GB with an option to use microSD up to 256GB.
As far as the camera is concerned, J7 Edge has a 16MP primary camera with dual LED flash. On the front, it has an 8MP camera which can record videos in full HD resolution. To power up the device, it has a 3750mAh battery which is non-removable. It has support for fast charging and can deliver 22 hours of real-life backup time with normal usage. Overall, J7 Edge is a nice phone with decent specifications and a fancy Edge display which can attract many mid-range users.
