Motorola is working on its 2017 models and soon the successor of Moto G series, i.e. Moto GS and GS+ will be launched. This time Motorola has decided to bring 9 smartphones which include Moto C, Moto C Plus, Moto E, Moto E Plus, Moto GS, Moto GS+, Moto X, Moto Z Play and Moto Z Force. All these smartphones are designed to meet the expectations of the different type of users, where Moto Z Force is the most powerful smartphone, while Moto C is an entry level phone.
Here we are talking about the new Moto GS and GS+. It seems that Moto has dropped the idea of Moto G6 and replaced it with Moto GS, which means GS and GS+ are the successor of Moto G5 and G5 Plus respectively. The company calls this new phones as premium phones, because of its full metal body, which is very exciting to see in the mid-range phones.

Moto GS features a 5.2 inch full HD display (most probably AMOLED display) while GS+ has a slightly bigger screen, i.e. 5.5 inches full HD display. As mentioned above, both the phones are provided with a full metal body and run on android 7.1 Nougat. In addition, Moto GS+ comes with a dual camera setup which is missing from Moto GS. Our early predictions for the price tags state that Moto GS will be priced at Rs. 12,999 while GS+ will be priced at Rs. 16,999 for the base models.
No further information has been provided about these phones yet. We also like to mention that Moto C Plus will be packed with 4000mAh battery while E4 Plus will feature 5000mAh battery which will a big plus point for entry level mid-range smartphones. Moto Z is the most premium line of Motorola smartphones and has supports for Moto MODS. Moto Z force comes with shatter shield and 1Gbps LTE support.
