Alcatel has announced their new phablet device, Idol 5 Pro, which carries a massive 6.0 inch AMOLED display. The device is expected to be released in the month of March 2017. Most of the mobile manufacturing companies are focusing on large screen smartphones, and Alcatel is no exception. With the launch of Idol 5 Pro, Alcatel has targetted high-range mobile market. The phone runs on the latest version of Android 7.0 Nougat. It is a dual SIM phone with support for 3G and 4G networks.
Alcatel Idol 5 Pro will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset quad-core processor with an Adreno GPU. The resolution of the screen is 2560 x 1440 pixels. Moreover, it has 6GB and 4GB of RAM.
